Frequently Asked Questions

We understand that this can be an emotional and overwhelming experience. Our phones are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If your pet passes away after normal business hours, our answering service will take your information, and a member of our staff will contact you first thing the next morning.

Until then, we recommend wrapping your pet in a blanket or towel and placing them in a cool, quiet area where they will not be disturbed. If possible, keep the room cool to help preserve your pet until arrangements can be made.

The cost depends on your pet’s size and the memorial options you choose. Please contact us for current pricing, and we’ll be happy to explain the available options and answer any questions. Click Here

While families are not able to be present inside the crematory, arrangements can be made for the crematory to notify you of your pet’s scheduled cremation time. You are welcome to wait in your vehicle in the parking lot, and once the cremation has been completed, you may pick up your pet’s ashes directly from the crematory.

We do not offer home pickup services. Families may bring their pet directly to our facility by appointment, or your veterinarian can make arrangements with us on your behalf.

In most cases, your pet’s ashes are returned within 72 hours or less. We understand how important it is to have your companion returned home as soon as possible and work closely with our crematory to provide timely service.

Your pet is treated with dignity and respect from the moment they are entrusted to us. We carefully document your wishes, prepare your pet for transport to our trusted crematory partner, and remain in contact throughout the process. Once the cremation is complete, your pet’s ashes are returned to us or made available for pickup at the crematory if those arrangements have been made.

We offer a variety of memorial products, including urns, keepsake jewelry, paw prints, memorial plaques, and other personalized items to help you honor your pet’s life. Our staff will be happy to review the available options with you.
